Vapefly Brunhilde RTA 8ml
To all premium manufacturers in the rebuildable tank sector, take another deep breath, because the air is getting thinner! The Brunhilde RTA, born out of an unprecedented community project, combines the best of renowned high-end technology - and all this at a price that makes some premium manufacturers awe-inspiring.
Brunhilde is a so-called topcoiler where the deck lies above the tank. Due to the short distance between coil and mouthpiece, the taste of the liquid benefits immensely. The RTA has cooling fins on the top cap so that the mouthpiece does not become excessively hot due to its proximity to the deck.
Two posts, each with two superimposed holes for the wire endings, form the deck of the atomizer. As a classic velocity deck, it is easy to handle and designed for dual coil use. Vapefly connected the two posts with the inner 3D airflow. This directs a part of the drawn-in air precisely and from the centre to the coils.
In addition, the "Wilde Hilde" is equipped with a side airflow control, which supplies the coils with fresh air from the outside. The air is pulled into the deck through eight holes on each side. The Clou here: By turning the Topcap hole for hole or row for row can be closed and/or opened.
The tank, with a filling volume of 8 millilitres almost a class of its own, is connected to the deck by four stainless steel cables. The wires extend from the deck to the tank bottom and reliably transport the liquid via capillary effect to the upper cotton.
To fill the tank, simply turn the Topcap 180° until the cone-shaped filling opening is uncovered.
A tank shield adorns the atomizer as an optical highlight and tank protection: The glass is "embraced" by a winged helmet to protect it.
The Brunhilde RTA shows in every detail that the development was carried out by professionals who put their heart and soul into their work, and that expert vapers bundled all their experience to create something great.
The heroic epic was written by youtuber Martin Hartkopf (aka Dampfwolke7) and a community of 103 men called "German 103". With the dream of creating the perfect rebuildable tank atomizer in mind, the vape veterans organized themselves in a Facebook group. The group discussed and talked shop. Numerous ideas were presented and rejected and decisions of all kinds were largely made democratically. All this took place in close consultation with the e-cigarette manufacturer Vapefly, who finally implemented the unique project.
200 days of development work have gone into the realization of a final version. From the outside the success of the community project could be doubted, as we know what is said about many cooks in the vernacular. But instead of a spoiled broth, you are served a thoroughly sophisticated deluxe atomizer that is in no way inferior to the high-end products of established manufacturers.
