Delivery terms

The goods are delivered worldwide. The stated shipping costs are inclusive of the legal VAT.

Shipping costs Germany

We calculate the shipping costs overall per order.

DHL Shipping with age verification: 4,90€

from 100 € free shipping

  • Age Verification on delivery: Your shipment must be received by an adult at your delivery address. The parcel is not delivered to the neighbour. Own delivery addresses are possible. If no one is on site to receive the parcel it will be deposited at the post office for pickup by the recipient
     
  • Own delivery addresses are possible! You have to accept the package NOT personally, it is enough if an adult over 18 years of age accepts the package at your delivery address.
     
  • DHL services such as tracking, redirection and SMS notification are possible.
     
  • DHL Packing stations & E-Filiale:
    Delivery to DHL Packing station is possible. Please enter the Packing station Number as a street in the delivery address and your postal number as an additional address. 

We send vouchers exclusively by e-mail. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.
 

 

Delivery to the EU - and worldwide

Shipping costs according to weight

  • total weight up to 0.5kg - 4 Euro
  • total weight up to 1.0kg - 6 Euro
  • total weight up to 2.0kg - 10 Euro

    We are shipping with Deutsche Post Warenpost international, your order is trackable. For shipments over 2kg, the shipment is divided into several packages or shipped with DHL.

* International orders ar free of shipping costs from a total order price of 150 Euros or the according value of the current currency conversion rate (daily update) in US-Dollar or British Pounds. For deliveries to the EU: Free shipping from 150€ Gross , for NON-EU deliveries from 150€ Net (because there is no VAT).

ATTENTION: NO delivery to Austria and Poland!
Unfortunately, we cannot ship directly to Austria due to the legal situation. With the help of the service provider LogoiX it is still possible! You register with the service provider and order in our shop to the German reference address at LogoiX. LogoiX will then send the package to you as a pure shipping service provider! Like a packing station - with further shipping.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.


Customers from Switzerland, please notice the following: the swiss health administration (BAG) decided on 13.9.2010 to increase the import of depots or liquid that contains nicotine for own consumption from then 40 depots/ml to now 150 depots or 150 ml. (1 depot package = 5 depots). Source: BAG. Fees can be raised at import by the local administration (e.g. customs).

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
