Payment methods and requirements

Bank Transfer

The payment through bank wire binds the buyer to pay the order right after submitting the order. The date of payment is a period of 14 days after the order was placed. To pay by Bank Transfer, pick the option "Bank Transfer" at the Payment methods at checkout.
Don't forget to fill in your order number as Reference at the transfer, since we cannot process the payment if it is wrong or missing. Please transfer the total sum of the order to the following bank account

Credit card

You can pay for your order by credit card.

Notes: If you choose this payment method, the payment process will be billed via the provider Paypal. But you do not need a Paypal account. Nevertheless "Paypal" is written in your order mail and also on our invoice as payment method! The payment is set with it with us and "settled", your order can be dispatched thereby directly.

But: Your payment is directed to PayPal, not to Surmount. Please note the special billing through Paypal.

Payment by credit card is made "live", which means that the amount is credited to us immediately and your order can (usually) be shipped on the same day, at the latest on the next working day.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a separate invoice from Surmount by email.

Debit

You can have your order conveniently collected from your bank account.

Notes: If you choose this payment method, the payment process will be billed via the provider Paypal. But you do not need a Paypal account. Nevertheless, in your order mail and also on our invoice "Paypal" as a payment method!
The payment is set immediately with us and "finished", your order can be dispatched thereby directly.

But: Your payment is directed to PayPal, not to Surmount. Please pay attention to the direct debit or the money collection by Paypal.

Payment by direct debit is made "live", which means that the amount is credited to us immediately and your order can (usually) be dispatched on the same working day, at the latest on the following working day.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a separate invoice from Surmount by email.
