In order to offer international shipping to our customers, please note the following:

The age verification (this product)

Since in the vast majority of countries the purchase of e-cigarette products is subject to an age restriction, there is the mandatory age verification with valid document for customers outside Germany. The minimum age is at least 18 years.

1. add only (!!) this age-verification-product to the shopping cart. Other items cannot be added to that same order!

2. then upload a scan/picture of a valid document (ID, driver's license, passport) showing your age in the shopping cart

3. Submit and "order" the age verification!

4. during office hours, the activation will take place immediately, which will also be confirmed to you by mail

Notice:
- Only name and date of birth must be recognizable on the document.
- Customers with delivery address in Germany can also use the product "age verification" for an activation, if the SCHUFA query does not work.

NON-EU customers:
Shipment will be made by Warenpost International (tracked) to your home delivery address.

EU customers:
Shipping to German delivery address only.
Shipping will be made to German delivery addresses only. You can obtain a German delivery address at https://www.logoix.com. This logistics service provider will forward incoming packages to your personal address.

3. LogoIX will forward the package to your personal address.
